To book appointments for your learners, drivers license renewals in less than ten minutes with the traffic department, log onto the following and select Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality:
Please note that for your learners and drivers license, you are still required within three (3) days of the online booking to visit the department for eye tests and to pay the requisite transaction fees otherwise the booking will be forfeited. Also note that eye tests conducted by a registered optometrist are also acceptable and in future you maybe able to also pay online.
Documents required when visiting the DTLC to confirm the registration are the following: 2x ID sized photographs, ID copy and proof of address.
